'If you give a crafter cookie' Challenge #110

Happy New Year everyone,  I hope you had a fabulous festive season. 

Here is our first challenge from If you give a crafter a cookie for 2019

Now for this challenge, the yummy inspiration is: 

 and my creation is folded card, that went lifted up reveals hearts in the centre.
