Here is my take on a card challenge from Scrap-with-us

Challenge: 
Create a card with at least 3 shades
of blue and some stars on it.
I went with 7 matt layers and use a package card from a star stamp for the actual stars. (Love the 3d effect).

It's all about the Cake - Layout

Home with the kids for a couple of days which means a little more time to scrap. And here is one of the results.
