Nostalgia upcycled

The boys needed a card for a friend birthday so as inspiration I used the sketch from Feeling Sketchy And here is my take.  I used a paper from the Bo Bunny 'On the Go' range.   I fuzzy cut around the VROOOM burst and made a couple of little tags to place behind.   I included a writing panel on the inside of the card for the birthday message the boys. Hope you like it.  Happy crafting. J  

A real boy layout this time.  The sketch from the wonderful Michelle is truly inspirational. And here is my take on the sketch.  I used my fav papers 'Kaiser craft' and some dusty attic string frame and some twine.  Here are some other photos.     My RAK winner,  Thanks you all so very much for visiting my blog and for the wonderful comments.  I used the Random number generator and the winner is..... Well, here is the terrible state of my craft room.   Now to be honest it is actually more like a craft storage room as it is down stairs where Gregor's (the husband) Dojo is located as well.    My craft room is to the right in the above photo, so rather than sitting down stairs listening to a group of men training I usually craft upstairs watching TV (a little hooked on Game of Throne at the moment)   And so I don't need to keep going down stair I do have this cabinet that stores a lot of my scrapbooking basics.   Gregor didn't want the crafts to take over upstairs (LOL) so this is a good hiding place.  Anyway the weather is terrible today and there is no rugby for my young All Black in the making this weekend,  so a good weekend to do some tidying up down stairs so hopefully I will have updated photos in a couple of days.  I love rain,  its a good reason to stay at home and craft in front of th...

Watching a little bit of TV and decided to make a quick album using an origami folded frame.  The beauty of this origami fold is that each frame can be joined together to make the album.  I hope you like it. I will post the instruction for the frame over the weekend. Happy scrapping. J.
